This is an image inspired by a photograph I took of my friend Junko and her cat

I thought this was a touching moment that captured the bond between the two. Both were asleep at the time, and then the cat, awoke just as I took the photograph.

I drew the image in a raster program, and airbrushed squares to highlight both faces. I then put the image through a filter to create an original drawing that is used for the giclée process.
